Day One Concepts’ brief was extensive, encompassing spa concept design, functional interior and architectural direction, spa treatment and wellness programme development, operational setup, spa team hiring, plus Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operational Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) sourcing; everything required for a luxury spa from the ground up.
