Born and raised on the paradise island of Jamaica, Novie Jones has lived in several countries across Asia, North Africa, Europe, the Eastern Caribbean, the Indian Ocean and Latin America. No stranger to hospitality from her island home, she became enamored with the world of Spa during her three years in Bali, Indonesia and has fervently explored and developed expertise in all its avenues. With extensive travel beyond her homes, Novie has taken every advantage to understudy and work with some of the most decorated stalwarts of the Spa, Skincare and Cosmetics industry.
With over two decades of global experiences and career successes, in 2017, Day One Concepts was born. A consultancy that seamlessly aligns Novie’s character of unapologetic boldness and uncompromising standards of excellence with intuitive client care and extraordinary results.
